Are you planning for resource files to work with titles/display names from the SiteConfigurator Xml?

Jun 10, 2010 at 9:41 PM

Hi,

if you have the following in the SiteConfigurator XML, it currently doesn't work :

<ListInstance Title="$Resources:MaximeB,List_Annoncement_Title;" Type="Announcements" Description="$Resources:MaximeB,List_Annoncement_Description;"  />

If I was to use it directly in the Site Definition, it would work.  Is it a missing functionnality when using the SiteConfigurator or should the RESX be deployed elsewhere as well?

Thanks,

Sorry to say that this is missing functionality. L

We have talked about it, but it has not made it to the top of the list yet.
